She rushes out, and on her way downstairs she stumbles. She tries to walk on, but cannot put the foot on the floor anymore. She puts the shoe off and hops back into her apartement, on other foot, holding on to the railings.
She calls a friend for help, telling her what happened. She also phones her boss.
